Jungik (James) Moon has dedicated his legal practice to Personal Injury, Employment, and Real Estate matters since becoming a lawyer.
James works meticulously to understand his clients' legal issues to skillfully advocate on behalf of victims of motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injuries, traumatic brain injuries, slip and fall accidents, and wrongfully terminated employees.
James’ past experience at a leading insurance defence law firm in downtown Toronto provided him with valuable insight into the strategies employed by insurance companies, aimed at limiting your deserved monetary compensation. As such, James is experienced in navigating his clients through complex legal proceedings and has a proven track record of successfully negotiating the most favourable outcome for injured victims.
Additionally, James is fully bilingual in both Korean and English. James' dual language skills helped serve the needs of many clients all across Ontario with precision and integrity.
Outside of litigating on behalf of his clients, James is a lifelong competitor in martial arts and combat sports such as Judo, Taekwondo, and Boxing. James is hopeful that his sons will also develop an interest in combat sports and continue the family tradition.
