Questions
General information, not legal advice. Contact James to find out what applies to your situation.
The general deadline to sue is usually two years from the date you knew you had a claim. But several claims have much shorter notice deadlines, such as a few days to notify your auto insurer and as little as 10 days for a fall on city property. Call as soon as you can so none of them run out.
No. In Ontario there are two. The first is no-fault accident benefits from your own insurer, regardless of who caused the crash. The second is a possible lawsuit against the at-fault driver. They have different forms and different deadlines, and we handle both.
Yes. James is fluent in Korean and English. Your calls, meetings, and the explanation of your documents can all be in Korean. You do not need a family member to interpret. Court and insurer forms are in English, and James walks you through every one in Korean.
Bring anything you have: the accident or police report, photos, insurance information, names of any witnesses, medical records, and any letters from an insurer. If you do not have all of it, come anyway. We will help you gather the rest.
Injured in an accident? Wrongfully terminated? Looking to buy or sell a property? Send us your information and we will get back to you shortly, in English or Korean.
